1965 US mono first pressing on Etiquette, red label, thick vinyl, catalog number at the top of the front cover. The top placement is the earliest sleeve variant; the 1966 second pressing moved it to the bottom. Monarch pressing, △ 7950 etched in the runouts. Recorded by Kearney Barton at Audio Recording in Seattle, cut live to two tracks with everything pushed into the red. That overload is the whole sound.
