Q. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and other payment methods offered through Shopify checkout.
Q. How secure is ordering through the website?
All payments are securely processed through Shopify using SSL encryption. Credit card information is not stored on our servers.
Q. Can I cancel or change an order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@vinylpiper.com.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. Because payment processors charge transaction fees immediately, canceled orders may be subject to a small processing fee.
Q. When will my order ship?
Orders are usually shipped within a few business days unless otherwise noted on the homepage or product listing.
Tracking information will be emailed once the order ships.
International delivery times vary by country and customs processing.
Q. Can I combine discount codes?
Discount codes and promotions generally cannot be combined unless specifically stated.
Q. Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest.
Creating an account allows you to:
- view order history
- track orders more easily
- save your information for faster checkout
- receive updates about new arrivals and promotions
Q. Are records play graded or visually graded?
Unless otherwise noted, records are visually graded.
Vintage records may contain occasional surface noise, pops, clicks, or other age-related imperfections even when visually clean.

Q. Do you buy or trade records?
Yes. I’m always interested in rare psychedelic, garage, grunge, jazz, bootleg, and underground vinyl, as well as original concert posters.
Trades are welcome depending on the item.
