Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your order. If there’s a problem, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your item.
Because many of the records and posters sold on Vinyl Piper Shop are rare, collectible, vintage, or used items, all sales are considered final unless:
- the wrong item was sent
- the item was significantly different from the description
- the item was damaged in transit
If there’s an issue with your order, please email info@vinylpiper.com with:
- your order number
- photos of the issue
- a brief description of the problem
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if there are any problems.
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, processing times may vary.
