Original first-printing concert poster from Seattle featuring Frank Zappa’s Mothers of Invention, The Guess Who, and Alice Cooper. Artwork by John Moehring, printed on thick, glossy, textured stock with bold psychedelic colors that almost appear 3D. Moehring’s signature is printed in the clasped hands under Zappa’s portrait ("John Moehring #34").
This is one of Moehring’s most elaborate and sought-after posters — richly detailed and far higher quality than most 1960s concert advertising.
Condition: Very Good. Bright and clean with one 6 ¼" crease in the upper right corner that intersects the word “Guess.” Tiny half-inch crease in the lower right corner, mostly buried in color, plus a couple of very minor surface creases, including one in Zappa’s hair. No pinholes, tape, or writing. Colors are rich and display beautifully.
