The very first US mono pressing.
Cover: G+ (Graded G+ because someone cut out the tower records logo on the front of the cover, some dirt on back cover)
Vinyl: VG+ (Side 1 VG because of two scratches on last song that causes 6 or 7 pops at very end of song (see/hear video) . Side 1 is VG+. Both sides are glossy and play really nice, there is NO noticable background noise on either side.)
